Digital Equity Policies and Programming

Fostering true digital equity requires policymakers to think through comprehensive solutions to address both barriers to broadband availability and broadband adoption. Since Vernonburg Group’s inception, one of the points that we have continued to make in our scholarship, in presentations, and to clients, is that solving the broadband adoption gap is as important as solving the broadband availability gap, and will likely prove even more challenging. Our data driven approach and expertise in program design, public engagement, data collection and analysis, and program evaluation can support clients at any stage of digital equity planning or program development.
